Fewer old members actively posting.
Night shift gone to bed.
No recent innovations.
Little visible participation from owners/mods.
Fewer yellow/red cards.
Change from 80:20 cunts to honourable members, to 20:80 cunts to honourable members.
Collapse of the Twin Hammer Network.
Nurse Ratched has turned horribly sensible.
More members moving to retirement/care homes.
Has WHO exhausted all conceivable topics of argument?
Has WHO had its day?
A great pity if it has.

I don't think its that. I reckon its just posters grew up and don't have time or inclination to go on here any more.
It hasn't offered anything new - pics, memes, gifs or any of the many standard conventions on other web based forums.
Persoanlly, I like the retro clunkyness of it, but it won't get new members like this I'm afraid.

Three things stick out for me:
1) It's the same group of people repeating the same shit day in day out. We all took the piss out of Nicey when he done it about Fat Sam. Now there's dozens of posters like that and as soon as you see the username you know exactly what they're going to say.
2) The site is now overrun by people with a political agenda. Sadly that's just a reflection of the world at the moment. Too many people just picking a side and failing to show any kind of individual thought whatsoever.
3) Football as a whole is getting more shit all the time and West Ham are even worse. Who wants to even discuss that crap any more?

Leave the site alone, format-wise. There's nothing wrong with it.
We're not getting new members because they join the social media fan groups. As far as I'm concerned that's a result.

I agree. But this has been such a superb site over the years that it's somehow sad to see it decline.
You can't go back to what it was, but perhaps, hopefully, with luck, and lots of it, it still has a future.

There's zero point in even discussing changes anyway. The owner(s) don't give a fuck. They seem to be happy just to slowly plod on.
